Don’t have time for endless resource research?
No worries, my love, I’ve got you covered.
I am always getting asked for recommendations of the tools and resources I use to manage and grow my biz.
So I gathered them together here for you.
These are the resources my team and I use every day in my business to help things keep running like clockwork and to keep that needle moving in the right direction :)
NOTE: Many of the links below are affiliate links and I may receive a small commission if you sign up to the specified product or service. But I only EVER recommend the things that I use in my own business and life.
Let me take a wild guess...
You've outgrown your free email provider?
I am a big Convertkit fan.
Great functionality, easy to use, great customer service.
client booking calendar
Sending messages back and forth trying to find a time that works...
Who has time for that??
Get your clients to schedule/reschedule their own appointments, get Acuity to take their payments. Happy days.
I made this website myself with Squarespace.
I make all of my landing pages with Squarespace.
Easy to use, beautifully designed templates, great customer service.
I love hosting my coaching calls in Zoom.
We can share screens, when I want to teach on something technical. I can record sessions for clients to watch back.
I also use it to host group coaching calls and host or pre-record masterclasses.
Although my private coaching clients sign up and pay via Acuity...
For all of my courses and other digital products I sell via Samcart.
You can create a product and start selling it in about 5 minutes flat in Samcart.
As a Busy Mama, I like that.
social media scheduler
Did you know to use Pinterest properly (i.e. strategically) you need to be pinning like 30+ times a day.
Do you have time for that?
It schedules your pins for you. Winner.
marketplace for creative stuff
This is where I bought that handwriting style font I use.
I also buy textures here (like the marble or gold foil or pink glitter you see around my website)
Kind of like Photoshop but free.
Definitely not intuitive to use but I use it to make text filled with a texture (like the pink glitter in my logo).
I also use it to improve or scale photos sometimes.
Graphic design made super easy.
Social media posts, ebooks, website graphics, you name it.
My team and I do it all in Canva.
